- Any possible malpractice or act contrary to the law
- Any possible administrative malpractice
The channel is accessible via the following:

- Postal address: c/ Rafael Rodriguez Méndez, 2 – 07011 Palma, Balearic Islands, Spain
Complaints can be made anonymously, if desired. In order to make a complaint anonymously and to ensure maximum confidentiality, we recommend that you create a new e-mail account and do so using services that do not require personal information for registration. During the creation process, it is important not to use real names, addresses, telephone numbers or any other information that could identify the complainant. It is also crucial to access this new e-mail account from secure and private networks, avoiding public or shared networks that may compromise your privacy. It should be noted that by not disclosing personal data, it may not be possible to recover the account if credentials are lost or forgotten, so it is essential to keep the access information safe. We also inform you that file metadata is data that provides structured information about the content, such as the creation date, file type and, importantly, the originator. The originator information can identify who the creator of the file is without the need to open it. If you wish to make an anonymous complaint, you should remove the metadata from the files you wish to submit (How to remove metadata).
The purpose of this recommendation is to ensure that the complaint can be filed securely and anonymously, protecting the complainant’s identity and personal information to the maximum extent possible. If you prefer, you can include your contact information with the complaint form. The information collected in the complaint will be treated securely and confidentially.
At the request of the interested party, complaints may also be lodged by means of a face-to-face meeting. The request must be submitted through one of the aforementioned means of communication.
Without prejudice to the means of communication described above, the interested party may contact the Independent Authority for the Protection of Informants.
Complaints received are dealt with diligently and promptly, ensuring that they are verified and promoting measures for their resolution, in accordance with the internal procedures established in the Ribas Vives C.B. Internal Information System Management Policy.
